Year 2011 – अब कम्पनी बदल चुकी थी - अब मैं Pharma Industry की विश्व की दूसरी सबसे बडी कम्पनी में काम कर रहा था – और मैंने Promotion के लिये Apply किया हुआ था – वो भी Same HQ के लिये – आपको नये HQ पर Promote करना कम्पनी के लिये आसान होता है लेकिन उसी HQ पर Promote करना जिस पर आप काम कर रहे हो थोड़ा मुश्किल क्योंकि आपके साथी आपको As a manager accept कर पाएंगे या नहीं और साथ ही आप अपने साथियों को Lead कर पायेंगे या नहीं – दूसरा “पहले तो ऐसा करता था और अब बॉस हो गया तो नये नियम etc.” Officially तो Interview होता है लेकिन Unofficially team से पूछा जाता है की उनकी Thought क्या है | 11 लोग थे टीम में 11 के 11 ने कहा – We would 100% okay with this decision. I could qualify interview and become in charge for entire state of Rajasthan. 2011 से 2015 तक मैंने Rajasthan Team को लीड किया – 4 साल में एक भी साथी ने जॉब नहीं छोड़ी – जहाँ हर साल 3-4 छोड़ जाते थे |
Year 2012 – सामाजिक स्तर पर भी सक्रीय हुआ और 2012 में ही स्थानीय समिति के सचिव के रूप में चुन लिया गया और यह निर्विरोध हुआ – और वर्ष 2012 में स्थानीय स्तर पर वह इतिहासिक कार्यक्रम हुये जो पुरे जयपुर में चर्चा का विषय बन गये थे – यहाँ से मेरी सामाजिक स्तर पर पकड़ मजबूत होना शुरू हो गयी | आज मैं अनेक स्थानीय/ प्रांतीय/ राष्ट्रीय व अंतराष्ट्रीय संस्थाओं में उच्च पद पर आसीन हूँ – मैं JSGIF जो एक International Organization जिससे 60,000 से अधिक परिवार जुड़े हुये हैं उसमें Leadership Committee – Chairman भी हूँ - मैं यहाँ तक न पैसे के दम पर - न ही किसी जानकारी के दम पर – न ही राजनीती के दम पर पँहुचा हूँ – सिर्फ मैं अपनी Leadership Quality के दम पर यहाँ तक पँहुचा हूँ | इन संस्थाओं में इतने पैसे वाले लोग जुड़े हैं जो कल्पना से परे हैं और इन सब में सबसे कम उम्र का भी मैं ही हूँ फिर भी ये सभी मेरे नेतृत्व को स्वीकार कर लेते हैं|
