      8 March 2018 महिला दिवस का एक बडा आयोजन और वहाँ मेरी स्पीच थी टॉपिक था Gender Sensitization – स्पीच के बाद Generally ऐसा होता काफी लोग आकर मिलते हैं और कहते हैं “It was a wonderful speech.” उस दिन भी ऐसा ही हुआ – उस दिन एक घटना और हुई ऐसा भी पहले कई बार हो चुका था लेकिन पहले कभी इतना ध्यान नहीं दिया | जो लड़का वहाँ Sound Manage कर रहा था – वह आकर बोला सर – आपके साथ एक सेल्फी लेनी है – मैंने कहा क्यों नहीं भाई आ जाओ | फिर उसने कहा सर आपने पहचाना नहीं – मैंने कहा “Sorry मैंने आपको नहीं पहचाना” बोला सर आपके कम से कम 15 – 20 प्रोग्राम में मैंने ही Sound Operate किया है | उसको तो पता नहीं कैसा लगा होगा लेकिन मुझे बहुत खराब लगा की मैं उसे पहचान नहीं पाया  – फिर उसी कार्यक्रम में Dinner के दौरान एक महिला बात करने लगी – उन्होंने कहा लगता है आपने मुझे पहचाना नहीं | आप हमारे कॉलेज में स्टूडेंट्स को Entrepreneurship पर Address करने आये थे – फिर मैंने कहा हाँ याद आया लेकिन सच ये है मैं रिकॉल नहीं कर पा रहा था |
