Q. 1. Can we use any other name?
Ans. Sorry, the Name will remain the same Pragya Institute of Personality Development, but there is good news as a suffix, you can add one or two words as per your choice.
Q. 2. Do we provide any financial support?
Ans. Yes, we provide a “No Cost EMI option” Franchise Owner will bear all the expenses.
Q. 3. Do we get marking support?
Ans. Yes, we will provide comprehensive support in marketing. However, we suggest carefully reading 21 pillars/ offerings + 7 bonuses for all the details.
Q. 4. How much is the total cost of initiating a franchise?
Ans. The franchise fee is fixed. Rest all are variable; it may depend on factors like city, owned property or rental, trainer hired or self and Infrastructure etc.
Q. 5. Do we provide training?
Ans. Not only we will provide initial comprehensive training, but also we will provide continuous training.
Q. 6. Who provides a certificate of completion to participants?
Ans. We will issue a certificate to all your participants after certification.
Q. 7. Do we provide online training to trainers?
Ans. We strongly recommend offline training, but in case-specific, at least the first 15 days, one has to attend offline training.
Q. 8. Duration of training?
Ans. For becoming a Pragya Certified Trainer - A minimum of one year of training is required (2 to 3 hours/day), but the good news is after 2 to 3 months, you can start taking sessions after approval from our side.
Q. 9. Other charges than the initial franchise fee?
Ans. Initial franchise fee + After first 20 admissions - 50% of the first-month fee (Conducting Exams, Certificate etc.) After one year of initiation - The renewal fee, i.e. Rs. 1.5 Lakh only for continuous support, up-gradation in the course, methodology, etc.

The answer is straightforward, anyone who wants unstoppable success and growth.

Ans. A person who is passionate about working in the soft-skill training industry. Passion for doing creatively in life - This is a unique type of business because it is not a business; it’s a service to humanity and gives handsome money in return.
Q. 12. Do you give more than one franchise in the same area?
Ans. Here the definition of the area depends upon the size of the city. In a small city or town, we are committed to giving only one franchise, but in a large city, the area means a 5 km radius.
Q. 13. Payment method?
Ans. First Franchise fee+gst - No other option. All legal payment methods offered by the government of Bharat are acceptable.
