SOP'S at Pragya
1. Biometric Attendance is Mandatory Both Check In and Check Out.
2. Food Containing Onion/ Garlic is Not Allowed Inside Institute Premises
3. Place Everything Properly After Use E.g. Books, Chair or Anything
4. Edible and Beverages are Not Allowed Inside the Classroom and Activity Area
5. Use any of the Institute Property very Carefully.
6. Waste that is Wet/ Anything that Can Generate Fowl Smell/ Anything that Can Generate Worms/ Insect Must Throw It in the Dustbin Placed in the Staircase
7. Keep Premises Neat & Clean: If Anything Goes Wrong, Please Clean it Immediately.
8. After Use, Please Place the Chair Handle in Its Right Position
9. It is Mandatory to Inform If You Take any Leave Otherwise You Will Not Be Eligible for Lock In Policy Benefit
10. After Removing Your Shoes Place Them Properly
11. Books from the Library Need to be Taken on Prior Permission and Submit Back to the concerned person Otherwise It Will Remain Your Liability
12. If during the course anyone is found with a criminal offence, disciplinary issues, or harming institute property then S/He can be terminated with immediate effect and legal action also can be taken against her/ him. Any mischievous act with any student or staff can be the reason for immediate rustication or termination.
13. Once the course is purchased, it can't be cancelled in any case. If anyone cancels the course then it's his/ her responsibility. The institute is not liable for any refund in such a case. Refund is there only in one case if Institute Cancel/ Postone any course.
14. Study material provided by the institute is copyrighted, one can't share a copy of it with others.
15. Apart from regular classes if there are additional activities, it may charged according to based on the nature of the activity.
16. Batch Timings can be changed with the consent of ongoing batch students.
17. If you have taken a lifetime membership then it is applicable on the listed course only at the same time applicable for running batches only. The institute is not bound to run separate batches.
18. Courses are Non Transferrable to Person and Other Courses.
19. Contact details shared by you can be used by the Pragya Institute of Personality Development for future communication.
20. Photographs & Videos taken during the course can be used for Internal & Promotional purposes. No further permission is required.
21. If You are late then the faculty reserves all the rights to allow you for the class or not.
22. If one damages any institute property willingly or unwillingly it can be charged.
23. We don't compromise our services at any cost but results are always subjective, Results depend upon various factors like consistency, efforts, ability to learn, current level of understanding of an individual etc.
24. During the course skills and advice shared with you are based on the mass evidence if these don't fit any individual then one needs to make decisions according to his uniqueness. The institute doesn't own any responsibility for its side effects.
25. During any activities Indoors or outdoors we follow every security measure as per best of our knowledge but if still, anything happens then the Institute will not be responsible for the same. so we don't follow parents' consent or guardian consent form. Consent here will be considered as final consent
26. To expedite their learning few students join more than one batch for the same course then topics may repeated.
27. Pragya Institute Reserved all the rights to revise its conduct of conduct without any prior information.
What is the lock-in period?
As a fair business practice, the Pragya Institute of Personality Development offers a lock-in period. The lock-in period is a facility for the students, if due to some emergency and unavoidable reasons, any student takes a minimum of 5 days’ leave then the duration of the course will be extended.
T & C for Lock-in Period:
- A written request must be given with a clearly mentioned number of days and reason, and this is also subject to approval.
- If anybody extends their leave, they need to get further approval.
- Only 1 Lock-in period is allowed (For 3 Months Course)
- Without approval, leaves will not be considered as a Lock-in period.
- The lock-in period is valid for Six Months only from the date of joining. i.e. If someone joins on 1/1/2023 S/He must complete his/ her 3-month course before 31/6/2023 otherwise automatically validity will lapse.
Note: We don't have any refund policy if after admission in any of our courses if you're unable to continue because of any of your reasons Pragya Institute of Personality Development Doesn't own the responsibility for the same. We can help you with our Lock-In Policy Only.
Applicable from immediate effect for all past, present, and future students
